Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All meal prep orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure preparation and delivery are handled with care and efficiency. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully received. Please review your order and let us know of any adjustments immediately. 2. Payment & Pricing Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods. Prices vary based on the meal plan selected, number of servings, and any additional customization. 3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We take extra care to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee a 100% allergy-free environment. 4. Delivery & Pickup Delivery charges are based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery is available on Mondays between 7-9PM. If you prefer to pick up your order, please specify your preferred pickup time. We will ensure your meals are ready at the agreed-upon time. 5. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled prep date for a full refund. Any cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the prep date will incur a 25% fee to cover ingredient costs. Meal plan adjustments or changes must be requested 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
